This Registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment.

A current 2023-2024 USAV/Badger Region Membership or USAV/Badger Region Summer Membership is needed to participate.

Bring a copy of your USAV Membership Card from Sports Engine to Tryouts.

U17 & U18
November 16th & 17th 12:00pm-2:00pm - St. John Vianney Activities Center

Pre-registration - $50 *****ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED*****
Walk-ins Welcome - $60 cash only - as space allows -

Will need to bring paper copies of USAV Volleyball Waiver, Concussion Form and Copy of Badger Region Membership

All tryout registration fees are  final and non-refundable ● If you cannot attend your scheduled tryout session, you may request to transfer to another available tryout date, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Mamba Volleyball Academy ● Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled tryout
